I’ve been coming here for several years now since I found this place my first visit to see the PawSox. I’ve been returning once a month or so for their Steak n Cheese Grinder which is the best I’ve had in RI or Mass and I’ve been around. The pizzas are great too which can be difficult to find a decent Greek pizza in an area which is predominately Portuguese. All these years later the food is consistently delicious and the employees that recognize me are quick to say “hello”. Worth the wait on a busy Friday or Saturday night.
O M G..... Lived in Pawtucket my whole life and never been here. A friend suggested it. Ordered a Small Cheese Pizza and A Spinach Pie. Both of them were AWESOME ! I will definitely be back. Can't wait to try there Calzones and Sandwiches......
this place is inexpensive and is always great consistent all the time never fails the steak and cheese is to dye for have to eat it with a fork
Best Hot roast beef grinder around.
The Absolute BestGrilled Chicken calzones...Excellent Pizza tooGrinders or sandwiches are overstuffed..
Ordered the 2 topping combo smaller pizza. I say smaller because it isn't small. Excellent quality of toppings. Tomato sauce was not too tangy like a lot of places. Meatballs weren't burned like a lot of places or the bacon either. Good portions on toppings. Not too much, not too little. They've been at it for awhile so they have it down pat.
My wife and I were driving from Boston down to East CT on Saturday, and stopped into House of Pizza on a whim for dinner. The review pictures of their pizzas and calzones looked too good to pass up. I got a large Linguica grinder with onions, peppers, and sauce, and she got a large steak, mushroom, & onion calzone. Both were quite large, especially her calzone. My grinder was very good, but her calzone was even better. It was loaded with cheese, and the filling was perfectly seasoned. I was particularly impressed with their marinara sauce, which is a weak spot for many pizza joints. If you're passing through the area, House of Pizza is pretty easy to get to from the highway, and it makes a great excuse to get out of the car and stretch your legs. The food was fantastic, and you will definitely have leftovers!
Great food but, should not have order errors.... Number 37, go to pick it up and they say they don't know anything about it lol... Be better.
